Programs

We empower communities through menstrual health and hygiene (MHM) awareness sessions, training and capacity-building programs, and skill development initiatives—driving sustainable progress toward a healthier and greener future.

MHM Sessions, Classroom workshops

Our experienced trainers conduct menstrual health sessions tailored to different age groups and communities. We create a comfortable and supportive environment to help participants openly discuss and understand menstrual health. By addressing stigma and facilitating engagement with health experts, we empower communities to embrace menstrual wellness with confidence. We also conduct hands-on DIY activities during our classroom workshops as part of the MHM (Menstrual Hygiene Management) sessions.

Skill Development Training

We produce high-quality cloth pads and empower underprivileged women by providing training to help them generate income through their production. Our own manufacturing unit creates these cloth pads, which are available for purchase on our store page. This initiative supports women’s livelihoods and contributes to advancing gender equity and promoting decent economic growth in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Capacity Building

We provide capacity-building programs on menstrual health and cloth pad production at the grassroots level, empowering communities with knowledge and skills to promote health, dignity, and sustainable livelihoods.

Donation Items

We firmly believe in the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (RRR) as essential steps toward a greener future and a thriving circular economy. Through our donation programs, we bring these sustainable practices to the grassroots level—while also contributing to poverty reduction in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 1 (No Poverty), creating lasting social and environmental impact.
